Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Sydney and are typically processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to your nominated email address and will include your tracking number.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We recommend using the Auspost Calculator to determine your estimated transit time.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $10.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.
Express shipping is free on Australian orders over $200.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please see the table below for international shipping costs. All prices are shown in AUD.
Andau is not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes that might be incurred from orders travelling internationally from Australia. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the order total upon checkout or in the shipping costs indicated below.
